A Body Transformation

The world has created a perception that having a skinny body is a symbol of beauty and health especially when many people start to read fashion and entertainment magazines. But a doctor would say, our body need to be in a good shape in order to be healthy and happy. Between the fashion influence and the doctor's advice, I choose to believe in the doctor's advice. Many people who know me ask for the secrets of losing weight, and I think I should charge them a consultation fee... Hahaha

This is how i look in 2002. I was 120+ kg. This was the effect of having reduced physical activities and eating too much fatty food. During this time, I had a lot of health complications.

People who know me frequently asked me this question "how do you lose weight?" Well...i can share you some tips but if you don't have the commitment to do what I did and still doing here..then there is no point of sharing these tips.

1. Exercise 3 times a day for 30 minutes. Jogging is the best.
2. Stop drinking drinks with sugar.
3. Stop eating meat. If you still want to eat meat, do it on sunday.
4. Become a vegetarian a bit. Eat more veges.
5. Don't buy junk food or even think about eating it.
6. Don't eat between meals or don't eat more than three times a day.
7. Reduce rice intake.
8. If you are really hungry, eat biscuits or wholemeal bread.
9. Do some gardening and light house chores such as sweeping or mopping the floor daily.
10. Do all the above consistently.

Remember..results do not happen instantly. Patience and perseverance are keys to success. Good luck.
